1.Q. Where can I submit my paper to AW conferences?
Ans: You may submit your paper through the submission portal available on the conference's official website or email it to [email protected] . The paper template and submission guidelines are available on the conference website.

2.Q. What is the word limit for the abstract?
Ans: Abstracts should be between 300-400 words.

3.Q. How many pages are allowed for a full paper?
Ans: For a full research paper, the maximum length is 6–8 pages in the prescribed two-column format.

4.Q. Can I submit a poster for this conference?
Ans: Yes, poster presentations are accepted. Authors must first submit an abstract/ Paper, which will be reviewed before an acceptance letter is issued. Maximum poster size is 36 inches wide by 48 inches high (3 ft. x 4 ft.).

5.Q. Is there an option for a video presentation?
Ans: Yes, video presentations are available for those unable to attend the conference in person.

6.Q. Can I join as an advisory board member/session chair/keynote speaker?
Ans: Yes, you can. Contact the Program Coordinator at [email protected] for more details.

7.Q. I am the co-author of the paper. Can I present the work at the conference?
Ans: Yes, a co-author may present the paper at the conference with the consent of the corresponding or main author.

8. Q. Can I submit more than one paper?
Ans: Yes, authors are welcome to submit multiple papers. However, each paper must be submitted separately and meet all submission requirements.

9.Q. Are there any fees associated with paper submission?
Ans: There are no fees for submitting a paper; however, accepted papers may require a registration fee for inclusion in the conference program and proceedings.

10.Q. What format should my paper be in?
Ans: Your paper should be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format, following the conference's formatting guidelines, including the specified length, font, and citation style.
