Our Video Conferencing Facility enables researchers, academicians, and professionals to participate in our international conferences remotely, providing a convenient and accessible way to present research, engage in discussions, and connect with participants worldwide without geographical limitations.

To participate through the online presentation mode:

1. Submit your presentation slides (PPT) to the conference organizing team as instructed during the registration process.
2. Install the Zoom application on your laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
3. Create or sign in to your Zoom account through the official Zoom platform.
4. Receive the conference meeting details from our organizing team. The meeting invitation will include the Zoom Meeting ID, Password, and joining instructions.
5. Check your technical setup in advance. Please ensure that your camera, microphone, speakers, and internet connection are working properly before joining the session.
6. Join the conference session on time using the meeting details provided by the organizing team.
7. During your assigned presentation slot, you will be able to share your screen and present your research online. Our technical team will assist with the session whenever required.
8. After your presentation and participation are complete, you may leave the meeting.

Presentation Duration

Maximum Presentation Time: 10 Minutes

Participants are requested to keep their presentations within the allotted time to ensure smooth and timely completion of all conference sessions.
